Our 2025 Big Champion - Ryan Waterman
We are pleased to honor Ryan Waterman, whose profound dedication to Big Brothers Big Sisters has earned him the distinction of our 2025 Big Champion. Ryan’s journey began as a volunteer Big Brother to four different Little Brothers—Daniel, Paris, Garrett, and Marvin—with whom he remains close to this day.
His commitment to service continued as a member of the Board of Directors since 2009, where he served as Board Chair from 2022 to 2023, demonstrating exceptional leadership throughout his tenure.
