Big Moves for Mental Health is a month-long campaign raising awareness and critical funding for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. While the pandemic has led to social isolation, having a “Big” in your corner can make a world of difference for a child. This campaign encourages supporters, Bigs, Littles, parents and guardians  to prioritize mental and physical wellbeing through weekly virtual wellness activities, a virtual 5K, tips, interviews and more!

Want access to a month of wellness activities, including participation in our first ever 5K Any Way or virtual offerings like yoga, bootcamp, cooking class, meditation, Barre3, and more?
